Jepp, mach ich immer. Bin mir halt sicher, dass mit Griffhilfen locker 90-95kg sauber 6mal gingen... Andererseits: Irgendwie muss meine Griffkraft ja gestärkt werden, und nirgends wird sie so arg beansprucht wie beim Kreuzheben.
