Zell load BCAA Creatin VS Creavitargo

ich will jetzt bitte keine Kommentare wie "ist für dich nicht empfehlenswert weil zu wenig gewicht" usw lesen ;) (nicht böse gemeint)
Sondern nur eure Meinung hören zu dem Produkt ;)
Also bei CreaVit... heisst es ja immer das es das selbe ist wie Creatin + Traubenzucker...

Was haltet ihr davon?
Und mir fällt auf das auf 100g in dem Zell load Bcaa zeug viiel mehr creatin drin is. Allerdings auf eine Portion wie sei da empfohlen wird sind das nur 1,2g das erscheint mir dann doch etwas wenig?
