i am 25 jahre alt now. this is mein photo aus 22 jahre alt. now ich haabe mucle disprophie. what kind of supliements can i use ? and how i can get them aus Deuchland zu Letland ? :icon_scratch:

I thing the most useful Supplements are Whey-Protein , Destrose, and Creatine.

Mhh but i dont think, that ,,simple" Supplements can help, against a real Disease. You should ask your Doctor for help

Yeah you have to ask a capable doctor. But you should not train too hard with your desease, also a good warm up is very important!

In my opinion Supplements wont help much, but maybe anyone else knows more about that^^

Edit: I was in hospital 2 Weeks ago and my "room mate" had the same desease i think. He was 20 years an active Bodybuilder also he used steroids. His doctors said, that he staved off the rash of the deaseae. But in your case its already erupted isnt it?
