StrongLifts 5x5 Deload Frage

ich habe eine Verständnisfrage.

Wenn ich in drei Workouts mit einem Gewicht bei einer Übung scheitere, reduziere ich das Gewicht um 10%. Das ist mir klar. Dann trainiere ich von dort an ganz normal weiter. Ich kann mich wieder steigern usw. Wenn ich jetzt noch mal in der Übung stagniere und in drei aufeinander folgenden Einheiten scheitere,

1. reduziere ich dann das Gewicht um 10% und wechsele direkt zu 3x5

oder

2. behalte ich das Gewicht bei und wechsele zu 3x5

oder

3. reduziere ich das Gewicht um 10% und trainiere von dort an weiter mit 5x5. Erst wenn ich wieder in drei aufeinander folgenden Einheiten scheitere, reduziere ich das Gewicht um 10% und wechsele zu 3x5.

Wie versteht ihr das?

Ich denke scheinbar mal wieder zu kompliziert. Die 1. Antwort erscheint mir richtig.
